AP Govt. signed MoUs worth Rs 1200 Crore

Andhra Pradesh Government has signed MoUs with some reputed private firms for eight Tourism Projects with total Investment of Rs 1,240 Crore. These MoUs were signed in the presence of Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu.

SL World, a Mumbai-based private firm, will be investing Rs 800 crore to set up water world & amusement parks at Vijayawada, Vishakhapatnam and Tirupathi.

VSNL Estates Private Limited will build 3-star and 5-star hotels in Vijayawada with a total investment of Rs 300 Crore.

A beach resort at Rishikonda in Visakhapatnam will be built by Sai Priya Beach Resorts with an investment of Rs 50 Crore.

Few Star Hotels at Tirupati by Bliss Hotels and a restaurant at Kadapa by Poli Sunitha will also be set up with a cumulative investment of Rs 50 Crore.

Despite the chief minister of AP is making huge expenditure on his tours, he definitely is grabbing projects for the newly formed state.
