Coining hit status for flop Films is not new to Tollywood. In the recent times, star writer Kona Venkat has devised the Best word ‘Arresting Hit’ for his recent flop film and etched a big joke.
Going by the statements of Kona Venkat, we have to believe that his latest offering “Shankarabaranam” starring Nikhil, Nanditha and Anjali is a super hit. He also claims that the film is getting remade in Kannada. When it comes to promotions, the film is being referred as “Arresting Hit”.
Well, we wonder who did Kona arrested with this Movie? As per trade, Shankarabaranam is going to end up as a big loss venture in all areas given the fact that the film was sold for high prices. Apart from critics, even normal Audience rated the film below average and run-of-mill film.
As new releases like Bengal Tiger and Loafer invading screens, Shankarabharanam is a sure shot flop. However, not accepting the fact, Kona is busy giving hit color to the film through promotions.
