A morphed picture of Bangladesh pacer Taskin Ahmed holding a chopped head of Indian T20I skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni is now circulating on social media. The picture took Indian cricket fans by storm.
This is not the first time that Bangladeshi fans have morphed pictures of Indian players. After Team India lost a 3-match ODI series against Bangladesh in 2015, a local newspaper published an image of pacer Mustafizur Rahaman holding a cutter and Indian batsmen standing before him with half shaved heads.
With this recent image of Dhoni’s chopped head, Bangladeshi fans have invited the wrath of Indian cricket fans.
It is undeniable that a war had broken out last year between fans of the two countries when Rohit Sharma was wrongly adjudged for a no- ball during the India-Bangladesh match in the World cup.
