Four fans of Tamil hero Simbu have attempted suicide in front of his house in Chennai citing that few people are deliberately targeting their favorite actor over the alleged ‘Beep Song’.
The Beep Song controversy is getting complicated day by day. Now, two fresh cases are filed against Simbu and music director Anirudh. Meanwhile, Coimbatore Police turned down the request of Simbu’s father Rajendar seeking one month time for his Simbu to appear before them for questioning. Moreover, the Crime Branch of Chennai City Police has issued fresh summons to the duo.
Nadigar Sangam too condemned the beep song which degrades Women with vulgar lyrics. The Members of the Tamil Film Chamber announced that it is the responsibility of Simbu and Anirudh to apologize for the song.
On the other hand, Simbu has come forward to rescue Anirudh from this ‘Beep Song’ controversy. Contrary to his earlier statement that he sang the controversial song while Anirudh composed, Simbu now declared that Anirudh has no connection what-so-ever with this ‘Beep Song’ mess. He added that he takes full responsibility.
