BJP’s Mahila Morcha in-charge Daggubati Purandeswari’s son Hitesh Chenchuram joined YS Jagan led YSR Congress party.
Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)’s Mahila Morcha in-charge Daggubati Purandeswari’s son Hitesh Chenchuram on Sunday joined YS Jagan Mohan Reddy led YSR Congress party.
Daggubati Purandeswari’s husband Venkateswara Rao along with Hitesh met YSR Congress Party chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy at his Lotus Pond residence in Hyderabad and joined the party.
Speaking to reporters, TDP founder Nandamuri Taraka Ramarao (NTR)’s son-in-law Daggubati Venkateswara Rao said he was impressed with the Jagan’s style of functioning.
NTR’s daughter and Venkateswara Rao’s wife Daggubati Purandeswari joined BJP on 7 March 2014.
On 3 July 2015, Daggubati Purandeswari was appointed in-charge of BJP Mahila Morcha.
BJP Mahila Morcha is the Women’s Wing of the Bharatiya Janata Party.
