The recent election outcome of Uttar Pradesh (UP) state is an enormous opportunity for Jana Sena party chief Pawan Kalyan to strengthen his party’s position within the Andhra Pradesh state.
As UP Election Results indicate, people evidently wanted a change and voted overwhelmingly for BJP.
Irrespective of the ruling party, development in UP has been unsatisfactory for so many years. Neither Akhilesh Yadav nor Mayawati provided a good governance in the state, Political Analysts say.
Now, as far as Andhra Pradesh politics concerned, the same can be repeated in 2019 General Elections, because TDP in the state and BJP-led government at the centre broken the promises (i.e Special Status category, Railway zone to Vizag ) given to people of AP back in 2014 election campaign.
Pawan Kalyan who had given selfless support to TDP-BJP alliance back in 2014 elections, in recent times started questioning BJP for not honouring the promises made to Andhra Pradesh especially special status issue. He later additionally began questioning many of State and Central Government’s troublesome Policies.
Moreover, the AP people understand the honesty, commitment and empathy of Pawan Kalyan toward issues facing people in the state, and he has already given a hope that he can stand by people whenever required no matter how strong ruling party is.
These are the reasons political pundits say Pawan Kalyan ‘s political strategies seem very effective so far and may bring back the lost hope in the State.
