Makers of Superstar Mahesh Babu’s upcoming family entertainer ‘Brahmotsavam’ has fixed April 29th as the release date thus bringing back the memories of Mahesh’s Industry hit Film ‘Pokiri’.
It may be noted that Pokiri was released on April 28 in 2006. Brahmotsavam makers have now locked the release date as April 29, 2016. The Movie premieres will be held on 28th in USA so it is officially the same date as the Industry hit Pokiri released exactly 10 years ago, at least for overseas Audience. Hence they hope that the film will be branded as the class Pokiri.
The first Teaser was released on the eve of New Year and it was colorful. The teaser hints that the movie is all about the family bonding and the Celebration of love. Directed by Srikanth Addala, it is produced by PVP Cinema and has Samantha, Kajal Aggarwal and Pranitha as heroines. Satyaraj and Revathi play Mahesh’s parents. Mickey J Mayer scored the music.
Brahmotsavam was earlier scheduled for release on 8th April 2016 but various factors including Sardaar Gabbar Singh (April 8 release tentatively) resulted in the change of date.
