TDP is slowly developing into a family-centric party just like Congress used to be. To say precisely, more than family-centric, it would be correct to say TDP is now officially a person-centric party as everything is being labeled under the name of party supreme and Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Chandrababu Naidu.
As of now, TDP has Chandranna sankranthi, Chandranna tohfa, Raitu kosam Chandranna, Chandranna vyavasaya kshetra pariseelana, Chandranna sankshemam, Chandranna Vijayalu, Chandrann tiffins etc.
All of these schemes are named after Chandrababu just like how all the schemes introduced during the ruling of Congress Party were named after Indira and Rajiv Gandhi.
More importantly, there has been an accusation by opposition that TDP uses the name of senior NTR for every small scheme so maybe TDP has etched this new plan to project Chandrababu Naidu as the messiah of the party and make the future generation forget the man who established the party in the first place.
