Decoded: Flop Saga or Unlucky Vastu?

Top director VV Vinayak has recently sold his swanky house in Film Nagar, Hyderabad owing to personal reasons.

Rumors started making rounds that Vinayak sold the house to repay a part of his remuneration after the colossal flop of ‘Akhil’. It may be noted that Vinayak’s earlier film ‘Alludu Seenu’ was also a critical and commercial failure.

However, sources close to director quashed the rumor of ‘Akhil’ and clarified that the real reason behind Vinayak selling the property, the vastu of the house.

After landing in this new house, Vinayak lost his mother whom he was very much attached to. Next, the results of Alludu Seenu and Akhil were disastrous for him. All these developments led Vinayak to sell his property but not because he had to repay a part of remuneration.

Vinayak has several properties in his village and in and around Hyderabad. If he really had to repay some amount, he can do it by selling any of those and he doesn’t have the need to sell his house. Hence Vastu forced him to take the step.

Vinayak is now preparing to direct Mega Star Chiranjeevi’s landmark 150th film, ‘Kaththi’ remake.
