Australia Twenty20 skipper Aaron Finch has made few interesting comments on Virat Kohli after the latter single handedly thrashed the hosts with 37-runs margin in the first match of the three-game series.
Finch praised Kohli by saying that it is almost impossible to stop Kohli once he gets going. It is known that Kohli slammed an unbeaten 90 off just 55 balls to give India a resounding start in the 3 match Twenty20 series.
“Virat doesn’t seem to hit too many fielders, so it doesn’t really matter where you put them. He is just in unbelievable form at the moment and the wickets are very good. The way he uses his hands, his feet, he is a pretty complete player. When you are looking to restrict his scoring, he can work it into the gaps and he runs hard, always putting pressure back on the bowler. That’s what makes him such a great player,” said Finch at the post match press conference.
Finch also praised Indian spinners Ravichandran Ashwin and Ravindra Jadeja in his speech.
