Spice retail announced the online and offline collaboration between India’s leading E-commerce giant Flipkart and Spice retail to make the customer experience more smoother.
After this collaboration, customers can now touch and feel the Smartphones to be purchased online on Flipkart, at select Spice Outlets. Spice Hotspot stores’ staff will now assist customers to look at the models of smartphone before placing orders on Flipkart app.
This online and offline merge will offer customers the Best of both, the convenience of online Shopping and the in-store experience of offline. The latest merge by Flipkart and Spice retail is aimed at attracting the not-so-tech-savvy Consumer base of the country.
Customers in Tier-3 and Tier-4 cities have heard about online Shopping but they are still skeptical of it so this Initiative will ease them to shop online.
