As per reports, Indian E-commerce giant Flipkart has decided to install its biggest warehouse in the country in Hyderabad, Telangana. The 2.2 lakh square feet warehouse is expected to create 2,000 direct and 10,000 – 15,000 indirect jobs.
The facility will have fully automated segregator, separator and conveyor belts for sorting inventory. It will ship out s many as 1.2 lakh items daily.
Due to the ambiguity in e-commerce taxation in Karnataka state, Flipkart has reportedly decided to set up its biggest warehouse in Telangana state.
It is well known that World’s leading e-commerce giant, Amazon has also set up its biggest warehouse in the country at Kothur, Mahbubnagar district, Telangana.
