If we have to rank the actresses by the number of Box Office hits to their name, then Kamal Haasan’s Beautiful daughter Shruthi Haasan is a big star down south. She is a well established actress in Bollywood too.
However, if we observe the career graph of Shruthi Haasan in Kollywood, she scored flops whenever she delivered good performances but scored hits for glamorous appearances.
During the initial days of her career, Shruti Haasan delivered stunning performance in Dhanush’s ‘3’ and reasonably good role in Suriya’s ‘7th Sense’, but the two Movies were not successes at box office.
In the recent blockbuster of Ajith, ‘Vedalam’, she excelled with glamour show and was seen in just few scenes. Her limited role made the Film a big hit. It seems that her hard work is not rewarding but her glamour show is becoming a boon for her films.
The same is happening with Tollywood and Bollywood too, except ‘Srimanthudu’. Her acclaimed ‘D Day’ flopped but utter crappy ‘Welcome Back’ was hit.
