Ahead of the GHMC polls, Telangana ruling Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) party has found itself in a huge fix as 15 of the total parties contesting the polls have ‘Telangana’ title.
Telangana title sentiment seems to be the driving force for all the Political Parties of Telangana, which could be troublesome for TRS. The GHMC election officials have released a list of the registered political parties and it is surprising to find out that of the 71 parties, 15 have `Telangana’ in their titles.

11 Telangana Labour Party,
12 Telangana Yuvasena Party,
13 Telangana Lok Satta Party,
14 Telangana Yuva Shakthi Party and
15 Yuva Telangana Party .
Even though poll pundits predicted that due to this confusion of ‘Telangana’ title, votes might split, leaders of TRS are confident that voters will differentiate their oaty with Car symbol.
