The security guard of mega hero Sai Dharam Tej was arrested for molesting a 3rd class girl in Banjara Hills. The accused guard is identified as 23-year-old man named Nagender, a native of Medak district.
As per police report, Nagender has been working as a security guard at the Jubilee Hills residence of Sai Dharam.
The heinous incident took place on 12th November at around 4.30 PM when the parents of the victim had left her at home with her aunt.
Using chocolates as bait, he is said to have lured the small girl to his rented accommodation at Sai Dharam Tej’s house and later molested her.
Based on a complaint, police registered a case against Nagender under IPC Section 376 and POCSO Act. Then, the accused was arrested and sent to remand.
Nagender has reportedly joined a city-based firm, ‘Krupa Security’ agency as security guard. He was posted at Sai Dharam’s residence just ten days ago.
