India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi believes that, the red beacons symbols on cars are out of touch with the spirit of new India as every Indian is special and a VIP.
In response to a question on Twitter over the government’s decision to bar the use of red beacons atop vehicles, PM Modi said, it should have gone long ago.
“Glad that a strong beginning has been made,” PM Modi said.
Modi said, “These symbols are out of touch with the spirit of new India. It should have gone long ago. Glad that today a strong beginning has been made. Every Indian is special. Every Indian is a VIP.”
