Rogozin is visiting ndia for the twentieth round of India-Russia Inter-Governmental Commission meeting that is co-led by External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Wednesday in Delhi while receiving visiting Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin, India attaches high vitality to the “time-tested” and special Strategic Partnership with Russia.
The Prime Minister also told Rogozin that he was anticipating the visit of Russian President Vladimir Putin to India in December 2014 for the Annual Summit.
He also said, the visit would give a chance to take forward the reciprocal relations to another level.
