Responding to Pakistan army chief general Raheel Sharif’s remarks on Kashmir, Minister of State in PMO Jitendra Singh on Monday pointed out that Jammu & Kashmir was and will remain an integral part of India.
“The only trouble with Pakistan is to get back areas of Jammu & Kashmir under its illegal occupation,” he said.
The minister comments came out following the Pakistan army chief termed Kashmir an ‘unfinished agenda’ and warned of ‘unbearable damage’ in case of a long or short misadventure.
“Armed forces connected with Pakistan are thoroughly capable of dealing with all sorts of external and internal threats, may it be conventional or sub-conventional; we are ready,” Pakistan Army Chief General Raheel said on Sunday.
