Reacting to Andhra Pradesh government’s GO No. 13, JanaSena party chief Pawan Kalyan on 3rd February said, the ultimate victims of these actions are employees who signed on the orders.
Is the GO No. 13 released in the midnight shifting the offices of Commissioner of Enquiries and State Vigilance Commissioner from Amaravati to betray the people who voted it to come to power with 151 Assembly seats? Or
Is to divert the attention of Andhra Pradesh High Court where the cases are pending over shifting of the capital city? Kalyan questioned the government.
The ultimate victims of these actions are employees who signed on the orders, he said.
Even the employees working in the department are unable to understand why the office of State Vigilance Commissioner, which has to be functioned under State Secretariat, is being shifted to Kurnool, Kalyan said.
The employees are gripped in fear that they may become scapegoats in the cases with the overnight shifting of offices, he said.
Mr. Kalyan said that the news coming out that one higher official, who is head of all the employees in the State, is on the move to go on leave.
It indicates how the employees are under the feeling of insecurity over the decisions of the government, he said.
He also said the legal experts had expressed their opinion when the GO No. 13 is released that it will come under the cases of shifting of the capital city. As they opined, the GO came up before the High Court.
The YSRCP government should stop issuing black GOs through the backdoor, he added.
