Pawan Kalyan assured the Brahmin community that his party would allocate yearly fund of Rs. 2,500 crore for the welfare of the community, if JanaSena was voted to power.
JanaSena party chief Pawan Kalyan on Sunday (25th of November) interacted with Brahmin community in Rajamahendravaram and listened to the issues the representatives of the community brought to him.
Addressing the gathering, JanaSena President assured the Brahmin community that his party would allocate yearly fund of Rs. 2,500 crore for the welfare of the community, if JanaSena was voted to power.
Pawan Kalyan also said that the JanaSena Party will put all the efforts to defend the self-respect of Brahmins.
Without the Brahmins role, India could not have achieved its independence, he added.
The day before, Pawan Kalyan on Saturday Travelled with representatives of Tribal Community of agency area in Godavari district as part of his ‘Bus Yatra’.
Exposing the Andhra Pradesh government’s false report on the compensation of ‘displaced tribals’, tribal representatives said to Pawan Kalyan that the government of Andhra Pradesh in its report sent to Central Government claimed to have paid a compensation of Rs. 11.5 lakh per acre, in reality the government to the displaced tribals compensated only ‘RS.3 -7’ lakh per acre.
The State Government as part of displacement scheme provided each tribal two acres of land, however the land the government provided to the tribals was not apt for farming, tribal said to JanaSena Chief.
They also said to Pawan Kalyan that the houses they received from the government as part of rehabilitation are very poor quality and leaking at places during rainy season.
They further urged Pawan Kalyan to stand by them and take up the concerned issues with the government.
Responding on the issues raised by the tribals, Mr. Kalyan said projects are important for the state development, however rehabilitation to the displaced is also very important.
He also visited the lands given to the displaced and carefully listened to their complaints.
