Kamal Haasan, one of the most respected stars of Indian cinema, has surprisingly been away from endorsing brands for almost five decades. Although, Kamal was approached by many leading brands with big offers, he continued to politely reject them for this long.
Now, he seems to have finally broken this principle and for the first time in his life, he has accepted to be the brand ambassador of popular Textiles showroom chain, Pothys.
The ad for this will be shot in the next week in Chennai. The reason for Kamal’s change of heart is not even known to his fans. Few say that Kamal is in dire need of money to make the Films he wants, so he has taken this decision to earn some quick bucks.
On the films front, the actor’s new thriller film, ‘Cheekati Rajyam’, also starring Prakash Raj and Trisha will hit screens for Deepavali, this year.
