Khushboo, a famous actress from Tamil Nadu joined the Congress on Wednesday in the presence of party chief Sonia Gandhi and described the party as the only one which could hold all sections of the general public together.
After she had meeting with Sonia Gandhi, she briefly interacted with the media and said this is a homecoming for me; my family has always been supporting the Congress. It is a moment of pride for me that I am at a place where I always wanted to be.”
Khushboo has taken this decision after quitting the DMK, headed by M Karunanidhi.
