According to Trace International’s 2019 Trace Bribery Matrix, the New Zealand tops the list as the country became the lowest business bribery risk among the nations across the world.
New Zealand presented the lowest bribery risk with risk score 4 points. Norway (Risk score 7), Denmark (Risk score 7), Sweden (Risk score 8) and Finland (Risk score 9) came in 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th spots respectively.
According to 2019 Trace Matrix’s data, Somalia, South Sudan, North Korea, Yemen and Venezuela presented the highest risk of bribe demands.
