The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has introduced an online lottery system to grab tickets for all India matches of the ongoing ICC World T20 tournament.
The process to register for the lottery system has begun on 25th Feb and will end on March 2. Cricket fans in India and abroad can register by completing an online registration form at:

After indicating their preferred match or matches, they will be enrolled into the online draw. The lucky winners will be chosen through an automated process and will be intimated either by email or SMS.
The lucky winners from the draw will then be given a chance to buy tickets for the matches they have opted for. After completing the payment, they will be given tickets.
This lottery system has been designed to avoid an instant sell-out of tickets, which normally happens with India matches. This process will ensure all users get an equal opportunity to buy tickets.
