Akhil Akkineni’ is debut Film ‘Akhil’ is set for release on October 22nd. This film will prove the mettle of Akkineni hero at Box Office and gauge his stardom. With all the shooting done, makers and director VV Vinayak are currently working on editing of the film.
It is heard that runtime of the film has become a major issue for them. The original cut made by Vinayak is around 2 hours 40 minutes but Akhil’s father, Nagarjuna Akkineni is asking him to trim it so that it doesn’t bore Audiences in theatres.
Although Vinayak and producer Nithiin are convinced with the lengthy version, Nagarjuna still has not given his consent and he demands for scissors to be applied.
Currently re-recording work for certain parts is still underway with Vinayak and team breaking their heads to cut a version that gets Nagarjuna’s approval.
