As part of the investigation process in YS Jagan knife attack case, the NIA authorities are reportedly planning to investigate actor Sivaji who came up with conspiracy theory called ‘Operation Garuda’.
Is NIA Planning To Investigate ‘Operation Garuda’ Sivaji In YS Jagan Knife Attack Case?Telugu actor Sivaji known as ‘Operation Garuda’ Sivaji because of his conspiracy theory against Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is soon reportedly to be investigated by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) in YSR Congress party chief and opposition leader of Andhra Pradesh legislative Assembly YS Jagan Mohan Reddy knife attack case.
NIA authorities already taken the accused Srinivas Rao into custody and started the investigation. The NIA officials also presented accused before NIA court in Vijayawada on 18th of January.
As part of the process, NIA authorities are now planning to investigate actor Sivaji who came up with conspiracy theory called ‘Operation Garuda’.
Mr. Sivaji in a Video released on ‘Operation Garuda’ predicted that the attack on opposition leader would take place in near future.
Taking the arguments of Sivaji into consideration, NIA is reportedly planning to conduct the investigation on this front.
Jagan Mohan Reddy while boarding a flight to Hyderabad to attend Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) Court was attacked with a Knife Blade in the VIP Lounge of the Airport on 25 Oct 2018. Reddy sustained injury on Shoulder.
In an Affidavit, Reddy has asked the centre through the court to conduct a comprehensive investigation into the knife attack incident.
He also mentioned that the concerned authorities of Andhra Pradesh government have failed in following their duties and the requirements of the law.
