Superstar Rajinikanth’s ‘Robot 2’, to be directed by south India’s top director Shankar has been in news for various reasons. The leading lady of the Film has also been creating waves with various names getting surfaced, mainly Deepika Padukone.
The leggy Bollywood actress has already done ‘Kochadaiiyaan’ with Rajini in the past. Her spokesperson has now put an end to all of the rumors by saying that she has not been approached for ‘Robot 2’ yet.
Currently, Deepika is busy with handful of films in Bollywood. ‘Tamasha’ with Ranbir Kapoor and ‘Bajirao Mastani’ with Ranveer Singh are already slated for release and she is busy promoting the films.
She also has a Yash Raj film with Hrithik Roshan and the official remake of Hollywood film ‘The Fault in Our Stars’ in pipeline. She is also under consideration for a film opposite Shah Rukh Khan.
Since Shankar demands bulk dates from his actresses, it is almost impossible for her to sign the film even if she is approached.
