JanaSena party chief Pawan Kalyan on 25th November called upon the party leaders that the politics must be practiced with the concept of whether the people would get benefit or not, but not with a thought of whether the party would get votes or not.
Pawan Kalyan reiterated that Janasena was always far from opportunistic politics and clarified that its aim was to work in accordance with the party ideologies. He attributed the success of long march programme organized in Visakhapatnam on November 3 to the party’s ideology.
Addressing Janasena Political Affairs Committee (PAC) at the party office in Hyderabad on 25th November, Mr. Kalyan said, “there’s a difference of opinions between the old generation and the New Generation in some parts of the country in general and Andhra Pradesh in particular. If we failed to take decisions keeping the future generations into consideration, we’ll be considered as betrayers.”
“We must keep the traditional and narrow-minded politics aside. I will think ten times before making statement in the public platforms. I will not change my way of speaking these section of people will get hurt if I spoke like that or the other section will get anger if I spoke otherwise. I speak only the good which will help the future generations. Whatever we speak, it shall be constitutional and within the limits of the Constitution,” Mr. Kalyan said.
He also said, “I have observed so many issues during the Porata Yatra and witnessed many deep-rooted problems. Bu the aspirations are unlimited as there will be unrest if we failed to show the employment opportunities to youth. As a result, there will be many divisions in the society. The rival parties are trying to gain power over the people by hook or crook. However, Janasena is growing gradually and steadily.”
He further said, “though the truth is hard to take, we shall be clear in our speeches. We can gain people’s support not at once, but slowly and gradually.”
