Mega Prince Varun Tej donated Rs. 1 crore to Pawan Kalyan’s JanaSena party.
Pawan Kalyan‘s brother Nagababu Konidela donated Rs. 25 lakh to Janasena party.
JanaSena party chief Pawan Kalyan thanked his brother Nagababu Konidela and actor Varun Tej for their donation worth of Rs. 1 core and 25 lakhs to JanaSena Party.
Pawn Kalyan on Christmas eve took to Twitter and wrote, “My heartfelt thanks to Varun Tej for Rs 1 Cr donation & to my brother Nagbabu garu for Rs.25 lakh donation to JSP.”
“It came as a surprise Christmas gift for the Party,” Mr. Kalyan wrote.
“I am truly grateful for what you both have donated. Once I am back, I will meet you up to convey my gratitude,” Kalyan added.
Pawan Kalyan in another tweet wrote, “one more time ,I would like to convey my heartfelt thanks to election commission of India for giving us the ‘Glass Tumbler’ as Party Election Symbol.”
He also conveyed Christmas greetings. “Merry Christmas !!! May this Christmas Eve bring Happiness, Compassion , Cheerfulness &Joy to each and every family – Let everyone be blessed with Peace & Prosperity. May Jesus bless us all !,” Kalyan wrote.
In response to the Pawan Kalyan’s tweet, Nagababu said in a Video posted Facebook “My younger brother Pawan Kalyan floated JanaSena party for a greater cause and this was our small contribution to the party.”
With the ‘Glass Tumbler’ symbol, the Jana Sena can contest in all the 25 Parliamentary constituencies in the state of Andhra Pradesh and 17 Parliamentary constituencies in the state of Telangana.
JanaSena Party had already announced that the party will contest all 175 Assembly seats in Andhra Pradesh in the 2019 General Elections.
He has also made it clear that his party would contest the Telangana Parliamentary Elections.
