A man who was hit by Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu’s convoy passed away on 20^th Feb while undergoing treatment in a private hospital.

The deceased was identified as B Nagendra Varaprasad, a Postal Assistant working at Buckingham Post Office in Vijayawada.

The tragic accident took place at around 8 am in the morning on February 17, when CM was heading to Velagapudi to lay the foundation stone for the temporary capital. CM’s convoy then hit Mr.Varaprasad, who was on his way on his bicycle to office.

Soon after the accident, CM’s security staff rushed him to a nearby hospital and informed his family members. Nagendra Varaprasad went into coma and finally lost his life after two days of battle.

Bandra Nagendra Varaprasad was survived by wife, a son and a daughter.
