Oil organizations declared a hike in diesel and Petrol Prices with effect from midnight 28 February.
The increase in retail selling price of petrol is by Rs 3.18 per liter and Rs 3.09 per liter in diesel.
As oil companies statements indicate, the oil prices have been increased due to international price increments of both petrol and diesel.
This was the fifth modification in petrol costs and fourth revision in diesel costs since the start of January.
