Since independence, political power in Andhra Pradesh has been switching into the hands of two (Reddy and Kamma) communities.
JanaSena chief Pawan Kalyan belongs to Kapu community.
Jana Sena party chief Pawan Kalyan has recently made a shocking revelation that three criminals had planned to assassinate him before 2019 general Assembly elections.
He claimed he heard some recordings regarding the whole plan and alleged that three criminals colluded for his assassination.
He also said they were even prepared for the chaos that arise after assassinating him and that ruling party (Telugu Desam Party- led by AP Chief Minister N. Chandrabababu Naidu) and main opposition party (YSR Congress-led by YS Jagan Mohan Reddy) would then play ‘blame game’ against each other.
Since independence, power in Andhra Pradesh has been switching into the hands of two (Reddy and Kamma) communities. It is worth noting that Janasena chief Pawan Kalyan belongs to Kapu community.
However, Mr. Kalyan repeatedly said at several events that he doesn’t belong to any particular community, as he entered politics to work for poor.
On 2 May 2018, the Jana Sena Party announced that the party will contest all 175 assembly seats in Andhra Pradesh in the 2019 assembly election.
