Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday announced a massive package with regard to the development of Bihar and in addition had taken a dig at the state Chief Minister Nitish Kumar as a result of ineffiency in making use of central funds.
While inaugurating various Initiatives of National Highways and also skill development at Ara, PM Narendra Modi in a sensational course of action announced a Rs. 1.25 lakh crore package to change the face and fate of Bihar.
“The preceding Vajpayee regime had granted Rs. 10,000 crore package to build up Bihar but the local government till the year 2013 could utlise only Rs 9,000 crore and Rs 1,000 crore remianed unspent”, he said.
