Hyderabad Police on Sunday has launched Patrolling vehicle-mounted CCTV Cameras in an attempt to tighten the security arrangements and ensure the safety of the citizens.
5 patrolling vehicles with CCTV Cameras have been flagged off today by Hyderabad Police Commissioner Mahendar Reddy at Tank Bund. These CCTV Cameras felicitate 360 degree panoramic view.
The footage captured could be stored for 15 days and it will be monitored from the Command Control Centre at Tank Bund.
The vehicles would come in handy to monitor the security arrangements during upcoming Ganesh Idols immersion. Anti-Social elements must be aware of these vehicles mounted with CCTV Cams else they will have to face some serious trouble from police.
Very soon, all the 120 Patrolling vehicles in the city will be equipped with mounted CCTV Cams said the police commissioner.
