PRDP Broke TRP Records of ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ & ‘Baahubali’

Superstar Salman Khan’s last released Film ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’ (PRDP) broke the highest ever TRP record set by Salman’s own film ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’.

Premiered on Star Gold channel on 14th February, Salman Khan and Sonam Kapoor starrer family entertainer, Prem Ratan Dhan Payo has become the Most Watched television premiere of any film.

The Sooraj Barjatya film scored 25119 (000’s impressions) compared to Bajrangi Bhaijaan’s 23745. In comparison, Baahubali scored 20777.

In terms of TRP, Prem Ratan Dhan Payo has garnered 16.4 and became the most watched TV program of the year, beating the earlier record of 15.5 TRP set by Bajrangi Bhaijaan when premiered last year.
