Jawaharlal Nehru stadium in New Delhi is going to host a Football match to be played between Chennai and Mumbai and to be captained by south Rajnikanth and Bollywood ‘Khiladi’ Akshay Kumar.
Well, this is not an actual match but a football game sequence for the forthcoming Movie “2.0” directed by Shankar.
A section of the stadium is adorned with inflated balloons with imprint of the IFL logo with some corners had posters that read “Chennai versus Mumbai” game hanging on the edges of the seating arrangements.
In fact, this whole set-up was kept very confidential by the unit and when some enthusiastic fans tried to enter the venue to take some photos, they were stopped politely. Fans had come in large numbers to see their favorite stars but they were disappointed as both Akshay Kumar and Rajnikanth were not present.
It is said that the shooting will continue for a period of 40 days.
