It is known that Superstar Rajinikanth is acting under the direction of sensational director Shankar for the sequel of ‘Robot’ titled ‘2.0’.
As per reports, Shankar has decided to construct a modern city like set to shoot few important scenes for the mega Budget Film being made on over Rs 350 crore budget. Art director has almost finished the set work and it is said that he has brought life to Shankar’s vision.
The total cost of this set is said to be around 20 crore. Few stunning action sequences on Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar, who is playing the villain in the film, will be shot in this set. Hollywood action choreographers have been roped in and they are currently composing action scenes. This schedule will commence from 18th of this month.
Being produced by Lyca Productions, Amy Jackson is the female lead of ‘2.0’.
Rajini is currently in Malaysia shooting for his gangster film ‘Kabali’.The shooting for Kabali will be wrapped up very soon and then he will be joining the shooting of the magnum opus ‘2.0’.
