Mega power star Ram Charan has so far done mostly commercial and safe projects in his career.
After the flop of ‘Bruce Lee’, he is now shooting for his new Film tentatively titled ‘Dhruva’. The film is the official remake of ‘Thani Orivan’. If things materialize, we might soon see him in a socio political drama like Rana Daggubati’s ‘Leader’.
Young director Ani Kanneganti, whose latest film ‘Run’ starring Sundeep Kishan and Anisha Ambrose hit screens on 23rd March, revealed that he had got nod from Ram Charan for a socio political subject four years ago itself. However, the project was put on backburner due to the change in the political scenario in the two Telugu states.
Ani Kanneganti added that he is making changes to the subject and will soon meet Ram Charan to give another narration. He is hopeful of convincing Charan so we might get the chance of watching Charan in yet another experimental film.
