As per reports, the Nizam theatrical rights of power star Pawan Kalyan’s upcoming action entertainer ‘Sardaar Gabbar Singh’ have been grabbed by shelling out a whopping Rs 20 crore.
This is officially the 2nd biggest deal ever in the Nizam territory. Earlier, the Nizam Theatrical Rights of Rajamouli’s ‘Baahubali: The Beginning’ were bagged by Dil Raju for huge Rs 25 crore. Pawan’s ‘Sardaar Gabbar Singh’ has become the only other Film to touch Rs 20 crore pre-release business mark in Nizam.
Indra Films bagged the rights of Nizam by investing this much. ‘Sardaar Gabbar Singh’ has to perform very good to make the investors happy. Sardaar is the most awaited film releasing in Summer hence distributors are risking too much on this Bobby directorial.
Pawan Kalyan captured the Nizam Market with enormous fan base and became the undisputed king of this territory. Distribution rights of ‘Sardaar’ for all the areas are being sold out for record amounts.
Plan is to release the Movie on April 8.
