Power star Pawan Kalyan’s upcoming action entertainer ‘Sardaar Gabbar Singh’ was announced to have Sankranthi 2016 release when the Film was first launched.
However, several delays like Pawan Kalyan’s political work and the sudden exit of cinematographer etc forced Sardaar makers to miss out on the Sankranthi festival season.
However, as per the latest update, Sardaar Gabbar Singh now targets 8th April, 2016 release, coinciding with the occasion of Telugu New Year, Ugadi. Apart from the festive advantage, the commence of Summer Holidays will play a vital role and Sardaar might strike gold at the Box-office if it can garner even a slightly decent word of mouth.
Currently, Sardaar’s shooting is going on in Hyderabad and Pawan is taking part in this schedule. Next, the unit members will start a month long schedule in Gujarat, in which, the film’s leading lady Kajal Aggarwal will join the shoot.
The entire shooting will conclude by February and then the post production and promotional campaign will take centre stage.
