Power star Pawan Kalyan’s latest Film “Sardaar Gabbar Singh” had earlier cracked the second biggest satellite deal ever for a Telugu Movie. Now, we hear that the deal is being renegotiated.
After the release, Sardaar has not just disappointed fans of Pawan, but it also stunned the film’s distributors and many others who bought the films’s other rights like satellite and digital.
The top Telugu entertainment channel MAA TV had earlier shelled out Rs 13 Cr to grab the satellite rights of Sardaar. Now, MAA TV is said to be renegotiating the deal with producer Sharat Maraar. MAA is demanding a discount as the film failed miserably at Box Office.
Even though Sharat Marrar has offered MAA TV Pawan Kalyan’s next film for lesser price, the entertainment channel is said to be insisting on adjusting Sardaar deal.
With so much loss at hands, the onus is now on Pawan Kalyan to compensate everyone’s loss with his next film.
