Senior journalist and Outlook Group’s editorial chairman Vinod Mehta passed away on Sunday at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS)in New Delhi.
Mehta, 72, had been on a ventilatory support and had a gigantic cardiac trouble on Thursday. He was in emergency unit at AIIMS around two weeks. He died of multiple organ failure.
Mehta is well known personality in journalism Industry who had worked with several publications including Debonair, Pioneer and Indian Post.
Mehta, who was originally from Lucknow, started his career as a journalist with the magazine Debonair.
Mehta has authored a biography of Meena Kumari and Sanjay Gandhi.
