Acclaimed Telugu Film director Sukumar has revealed his plan of quitting direction after his next two films, much to the shock of film lovers and his fans.
He revealed this startling piece of info in an exclusive interview with a note media person. The full interview is yet to be published and it has to be seen in what context, Sukumar made that statement. Needless to say, Movie lovers are confused and distraught with Sukumar’s decision as he is one of the only few talented directors in Tollywood who think out of the box.
Sukumar is currently basking in the glory of his latest directorial, NTR starrer Nannaku Prematho. He tasted another success in the form of his debut production venture ‘Kumari 21F’ before Nannaku Prematho released. With two back-to-back hits, one would expect Sukumar to unleash his creative juice but the director shocked and deeply upset his fans.
Sukumar might continue only as producer by making films on his home banner, Sukumar’s Writings. For now, he is busy with the pre-production of Devi Sri Prasad’s debut film as hero.
