YS Jagan Mohan Reddy led Andhra Pradesh has initiated destruction of Telugu language, Telugu culture and Indian Sanatana Dharma (eternal axiom) in the name of English medium, says Pawan Kalyan.
JanaSena party chief Pawan Kalyan on 23rd November said, “the government of Andhra Pradesh has initiated destruction of Telugu language, Telugu culture and Indian Sanatana Dharma (eternal axiom) in the name of English medium.”
“Let us wish for a change in the dangerous attitude of YSR Congress party which has 151 Assembly seats,” said Kalyan.
Psychological agony among the employees and unemployed.
Mr. Kalyan said, “the YSR Congress led AP government had announced 5 lakh jobs of village volunteers, but filled only 2.89 lakhs. The government made 35 lakh building workers to lose their employment and 27 lakh building workers to migrate to other States in search of livelihood. The future of about 1.65 lakh contract and outsourcing employees is hanging in balance.”
“There are fears among the Telugu teachers who are numbered 90,000 and above that new teachers will be appointed like in the case of village volunteers replacing them if they failed to teach in English medium,” Mr. Kalyan said.
“If the government continues to harass people of other parties or other castes, the business people have to migrate to other States. There will no Investments for Andhra Pradesh. As a result of which, the unemployed are thrown into complete distress as they may not get employment opportunities.”
What is Andhra Pradesh’s financial status?
There is deep uncertainty over Amaravati capital city after huge investments there, said Kalyan.
Will the Centre grants funds for Andhra Pradesh?
Has the government had funds for Navaratna schemes?
Whether it had funds for disbursing salaries to the government employees? He questioned the government.
It has debts of Rs 2.5 lakh crore. There are no investments as they had driven out the investors. There is rumpus over the State Government’s financial position, he added.
