After so much discussion, finally the curtains are down for the Telugu remake of super hit Tamil action thriller ‘Thani Oruvan’. Noted producers NV Prasad and DVV Danayya have bought the remake rights for a whopping price of Rs. 5.5 Crore.
Mega power star Ram Charan is almost confirmed to act in this remake however an official confirmation is yet to be made regarding this. More details about the director and cast will be revealed soon. Jayam Raja, who directed the original Tamil Film, is also under consideration to direct the remake.
Charan is currently busy with the shooting of ‘Bruce Lee’. Makers are aiming to release the film on 16th October. Rakul Preet Singh is the lead actress.
‘Thani Oruvcan’ remake might go on floors after this film. Even Surender Reddy, who has got Charan’s word to get the chance to direct him, is under consideration to direct this remake.
