World’s popular condom producer Durex has recently recalled certain sets of its Real Feel Extra Lubricated condoms in Canada after they failed “stringent” shelf-life examinations.
According to RB Health Canada (the brand’s parent company), the particular batches are being recalled due to failure in clearing the needed tests.
The batches that failed the test.
The batches which have been recalled are
1.Durex Real Feel Extra Lubricated 10ct condoms
2.Durex Real Feel 20ct condoms.
However, the company advised its customers not to panic and it further said there are no safety concerns associated with using the recalled condoms.
The Durex is one of the Best-selling condom brands across the world, with 30% of the global Market.
In 2006, Durex condoms were the second best-selling brand of condoms in the United States, with Trojan condoms being the first.
