The TRS party in the presence of party President and Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao held a crucial meeting with all the senior party leaders and selected the party nominee.
The Party has also appointed 7 in-charge leaders for as many Assembly constituencies under Warangal Lok Sabha constituency to monitor the preparations for the by-elections as TRS took this very prestigiously.
The seven in-charges are as follows:
Parakala: Etela Rajender,
Warangal (East): Harish Rao,
Warangal (West): K Taraka Rama Rao,
Palakurthi: Jagadish Reddy,
Bhupalapalli: Pocharam Srinivas Reddy,
Station Ghanpur: A Indrakaran Reddy and
Wardhannapeta: Jogu Ramanna.
According to reports, the TRS has decided to field Gudimalla Ravi Kumar for the Warangal Lok Sabha Seat and the official announcement is expected soon.
Elections for this set became inevitable as Kadiyam Srihari resigned to his post to be inducted into KCR’s Cabinet of ministers.
