TV Personality and American Sportscaster Erin Andrews has won the law suit she filed against her stalkers and awarded $55 million compensation from the accused.
As per reportrs, Michael David Barrett and the Nashville Marriott hotel at Vanderbilt University were found guilty for secretly recording Erin Andrews’s nude Video. Even though she sought $75 million in damages, she will receive $55 million from the accused.
The Nashville Jury found fault with Michael David Barrett and Nashville Marriott hotel 51% and 49% respectively. The compensation they have to pay was distributed $28 million and $26 million respectively.
Michael David Barrett has received jail sentence of up to 2-and-a-half years for stalking the TV anchor and recording her nude video through the hotel room peepholes. Erin’s nude video has gone viral over the internet and forced her to go into Depression.
