The President of U.S Barack Obama on Saturday underwent a CT scan and a fiber-optic examination after complaining of a sore throat.
According to Medical unit reports, Mr. Obama, 53, went to Walter Reed military hospital after complaining of relentless sore throat.
“At the beginning of today, an ENT (ear, nose and throat) specialist conducted a fiber optic exam of the President’s throat based on symptoms of sore throat over the past few weeks,” said the White House Medical Unit.
However, the CT scan was normal, the President’s symptoms are consistent and will be dealt with appropriately, the Medical Unit said.
