Since few days, TDP regime has been claiming that they have set a new example by linking Godavari and Krishna rivers with Pattiseema Lift Irrigation Project.
Now, former Congress MP Undavalli Arun Kumar has taken his mantle and alleged that Corruption to the tune of Rs 490 Crore is happening in Pattiseema Lift Irrigation Project.
Speaking to media persons in Rajahmundry, he questioned the State Govt. about why it is maintaining silence on these allegations of corruption in the Pattiseema project.
Undavalli added that linking of Godavari and Krishna rivers is just a myth speculated by the State Government. He also expressed the doubt about a secret agreement between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chandrababu Naidu in this.
Finally Undavalli said that Polavaram project kept under back burner only to please Odisha state. It not, Chandrababu Naidu should come forward and explain this to people.
